How do I order?
It’s simple! Just browse our online catalog and add the items you wish to purchase by clicking ADD TO CART. When you’re happy with the items in your cart, proceed to checkout by hovering on the cart icon found on the top right corner and clicking CHECKOUT.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Choose among credit card, bank deposit (BDO and BPI), remittance (LBC, Cebuana, Palawan Express, and Gcash), and cash-on-delivery.
How do I submit my proof of payment?
Please email your proof of payment to email@example.com with “Payment for [order number]” as subject. Prevent delays in your order by making sure that the copy submitted is clear!
Is it safe to order from your store?
Absolutely! Our website is encrypted with an SSL certificate, which ensures that all web activities conducted in our site are safe and secure. Plus, we never share your personal information with any external party other than our logistics partner.
Help, my Paypal payment won't go through.
If PayPal won’t accept your payment (e.g., “”We’re sorry, we can’t complete your purchase right now. Please return to the seller’s website and choose another way to pay.”), you are being blocked by PayPal’s security model.
According to PayPal, if payments are at risk, their security will need to review the transaction before it is approved.
Payments may be flagged as at risk if:
– The amount is big.
– The customer is connected to public WiFi.
– The connection is not secure.
– The customer is in a different location from where they are usually logged in.
Common fixes include:
– Connecting to a private WiFi.
– Registering/signing in to your PayPal account.
If the above suggestions do not fix the problem, it is recommended that you contact PayPal right away so that they can assist you in sending the money. You can contact them here.
Do I get freebies?
Yes, free samples are always included in a purchase! The freebies are a surprise — we do not accept requests for specific samples. There are times, however, when we run a special promotion and announce the sample/s to be given away. So be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our channels to stay updated!
How do I get a coupon code?

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
Yes, we do. We have a store at Retail Lab x Fifth Rack in Ayala Malls Vertis North and Retail Lab in Ayala Malls Glorietta. Please note that only Klairs and By Wishtrend are available in these stores.
My address is in Metro Manila. Why am I seeing provincial delivery rates?
Please make sure that you have correctly filled out all fields in the checkout page (including zip code and region), so that the correct shipping methods and rates for your address will show. Ensure as well that the box beside “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?” is unchecked (if billing and shipping address are the same). Otherwise, make sure that this section is completely and accurately filled out.
Do you offer free shipping?
We most certainly do! All orders 2500 PHP and above are eligible for free standard shipping — just be sure to select the FREE STANDARD SHIPPING option at checkout.
Can I opt to pick up my order at your office?
We do not offer pick-ups as of the moment. If you need your package ASAP, please select the SAME-DAY DELIVERY option (under SHIPPING) at checkout.
Can I pick up my order at an LBC branch?
Sure, just select EXPRESS (LBC) as the shipping option at the checkout page.
When will my order be dispatched?
We process and dispatch orders from Mondays to Fridays (9:00 AM to 6 PM), excluding holidays. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day after it is placed. We’re fast!
Where will my order be shipped from and how long will it take for my order to arrive at my shipping address?
Orders are shipped from Quezon City, Philippines. Transit time varies depending on the location of the shipping address and the chosen courier. Transit for standard shipping takes approximately 1-5 business days for Metro Manila and 3-10 business days for provincial addresses. Transit time for express (LBC) shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days for Metro Manila and 2-5 business days for provincial addresses. Please note that transit times are just estimates provided by our partner couriers. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., inclement weather, accidents, public holidays, unusually high number of packages handled by the couriers). In case your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, we will be happy to assist you in following up with the courier.
I need my order ASAP. Can we arrange for same-day delivery?
Of course. Just select the SAME-DAY DELIVERY option (under SHIPPING) at the checkout page. Please note that this option is only available for shipping addresses located in Metro Manila (and selected areas in Greater Manila Area). For provincial addresses, we recommend that you select Express (LBC) for a shorter transit time.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge only a minimal amount for shipping. Please see the table below!

Who are your third party couriers?
Our third-party couriers are Dash Delivery, Ninja Van, LBC, Grab Express, and Lalamove.
Do I get a tracking number once my order has been shipped out?
We do not have an automatic system for issuing tracking numbers as of the moment. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Contact us here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have been waiting for days, but I still haven’t received my order. What do I do?

Returns, Cancellations, Missing/Damaged Items
I wish to cancel my order. What do I do?
Please contact us about the cancellation not more than 3 hours after you’ve placed the order. Because we work hard to dispatch orders as soon as possible, cancellations made beyond this period may be rejected if the order has been dispatched to our third-party courier.
Can I make changes to my order?
You sure can, as long as you have not yet completed the ordering process. To make changes to your order, just go to the cart page. Here, you can remove an item and add to the total quantity of an item already in the cart. To add a different item, go to the product page and click ADD TO CART. However, once you have finished checking out and paying for your order, we cannot entertain changes. Because we work hard to process orders as soon as they are paid, there is only a very small window of time where we can catch your order. We want to prevent delays and mix-ups in your order, so we hope for your kind understanding on this!
I received a damaged/defective item. What do I do?
Our fulfillment team carefully inspects each and every item to ensure that they are in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us.
The package sent to me does not match my order. What do I do?

What’s the Korean skincare routine all about?
The Korean skincare routine is usually associated with a 10-step routine, but the heart of Korean skincare isn’t about having all 10 steps. The Korean skincare routine has a philosophy rooted in believing that skincare is an investment in one’s overall well-being. And although there’s a lot to know about skin and skincare, it really isn’t that complicated. In fact, it can be really enjoyable! Read more about our take on it here.
Do I need to follow all 10 steps?
No, of course not! While we showcase all the steps that can be adopted, we recommend that you incorporate the steps/products that address your skin concerns. In other words, it doesn’t matter if you have two products in your routine that are called ampoules, as long as those two products align with your skin goals. At the end of the day, skincare is very personal. You know your skin the best, so take note of ingredients that work well with your skin, and avoid those that make your skin react. And remember, patch test every time you introduce a new product!

What’s the double cleanse?
Korean women apply the double cleanse to achieve clear skin. As the name implies, double cleansing requires two steps! First, an oil-based cleanser is used to remove oil-based impurities such as makeup, SPF, and pollutants. Second, a water-based cleanser is used to wash away water-based debris such as sweat and dirt. We recommend that you double cleanse to have a clean canvas for your other skincare products. In this way, breakouts are kept to a minimum and you’ll have an easier time applying makeup!
The product I got is breaking me out! What does this mean and what do I do?
It means one of two things — purging or reacting. Purging is thought of as the skin adjusting to the product. Usually, it’s because the product is designed to increase the rate of cellular turnover, so that microcomedones become pimples faster than usual. After the purge, less microcomedones should form, and your skin should be clearer than before you started using the product. A reaction, on the other hand, simply means your skin doesn’t like one of the ingredients in the product — in which case you should stop using the product immediately. Read more about the topic here.
Can I use this product with that?
Using products from different brands is perfectly okay! Likewise for using multiple essences/serums/ampoules. However, we strongly advise that you exercise caution when it comes to incorporating multiple acids in your routine. You might think it’s a good idea to use a vitamin C product together with an AHA product since they’re both effective against spots and aging, but there can be too much of a good thing. Over-exfoliation is a real possibility, and we definitely want to avoid that. So the rule of thumb is to avoid using multiple actives all at once. If you really wish to use multiple actives, we recommend that you use them alternately, either one in the morning and another in the evening, or one today and the other tomorrow.
It gets kind of confusing at this point, because there are some products that you can use together, such as the By Wishtrend Acid-Duo 2% Mild Gel Cleanser and By Wishtrend Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water. Both of them contain actives, but very gentle ones and at relatively low concentrations.
Fact is, it all boils down to your skin’s sensitivity to actives, which you have to figure out yourself through trial and error.
My vitamin C product leaked during transit. Can I have this replaced?
As stated in their respective product pages, vitamin C serums may leak during transit because of their vitamin C content. It’s a natural occurrence and will not affect the product’s performance. When this happens, simply wipe off leaked liquid and use as normal.
My vitamin C serum bubbled up and overflowed when I opened it. What happened?
Given the nature of vitamin C, this is very much normal. To prevent this from happening, take care not to shake the bottle before use. As such, do not open the product immediately after receiving it from the courier. Let it sit for a while. After opening, remember to close the bottle tightly and store in the fridge to keep it fresh for as long as possible.
My vitamin C product has turned a dark yellow. Is this normal?
Yes, it completely normal! Vitamin C naturally oxidizes over time. The effectivity of the product diminishes as well, but it is not harmful to your skin in any way. To keep your vitamin C product fresh for as long as possible, make sure to keep it tightly closed after every use and store it away from heat. Keeping it in the fridge is best! Note that for products with a high percentage of vitamin C, such as the By Wishtrend Pure Vitamin C 21.5 Advanced Serum, a clear to slightly yellowish color is typical even when newly opened.
